EPIC FAIL: Dude kisses KiD CuDi on stage during a performance. I don’t think CuDi liked it very much, but what is he gonna do punch another fan in the face? That would be no bueno as my Spanish folks would say. Good thing CuDi let that one slide, it could have turned out real ugly if it was another artist, say, Lil Wayne, DMX, or Jay. Van Jones,once a “green jobs” adviser to Barack Obama, was back on the scene for the yearly NAACP image awards on Friday night, while accepting his Presidents award he had a few heart felt words for the man who some believe is the reason for him resigning from his White House position, Glenn Beck. In Jones’ acceptance speech, he had words for his “fellow countryman, Glenn Beck.” “I see you, and I love you, brother,” Jones said. “I love you and you cannot do anything about it. I love you and you cannot do anything about it. Let’s be one country. Let’s be one country. Let’s get the job done.” It seems Van Jones is willing to let bygones be bygones, although I thought it was bit sarcastic, who knows? Either way his message was correct “Let’s be one country, let’s get the job done”. I totally agree.

Rihanna made headlines when she befriended 6 year old Leukemia stricken Jasmina, who lost her fight with Leukemia last month. Now the mother of the deceased toddler is speaking out via twitter claiming Rihanna used her daughter for publicity. Jasmina’s mother tweets:
“It has been a month since Jasmina’s passing. Still not even a card or text message from Rihanna. Did she use my child for a publicity stunt?”
Jasmina last saw Rihanna at an in store at Best Buy where the Rated R singer posed for pictures with her young fan while signing copies of her new CD. I was supposed to meet up with Rihanna at Best Buy in New York that day, but due to Rihanna being hours late and a misunderstanding with the label I left without getting any footage of Rihanna. Let’s hope this is just one big misunderstanding.
Rihanna did issue a statement when Jasmina passed away saying “I am incredibly heartbroken that Jasmina has passed away. She was such a brave and special child. She showed more strength and spirit than many adults I have met. I feel blessed that I was able to have her in my life, and know that through her example she has saved many lives. She was truly an angel on earth.”

A tsunami triggered by an earthquake in Chile has swept ashore in Hawaii. The extent of the damage was not immediately clear. But the initial waves did not appear to be serious, looking more like an extreme fluctuation in the tide than a giant tsunami.
The wave began affecting Hilo Bay on the Big Island just before noon local time. Water began pulling away from shore, exposing reefs and sending dark streaks of muddy, sandy water offshore. Water later washed over Coconut Island, a small park off the coast of Hilo.
The tsunami raced across the Pacific Ocean in terrifying force after the magnitude-8.8 quake hit Chile. Hawaii officials had ample time to get people out of the potential disaster area, and thousands were evacuated.

Marie Osmond’s son Michael Blosil has committed suicide by jumping from his apartment building in Los Angeles on Friday night. Michael Blosil was only 18 years old. He has suffered from depression for most of his life. Marie Osmond’s son Michael left a suicide note before jumping to his death on Friday night.
Marie Osmond had been trying to help her son fight his addiction to drugs but it looks like he couldn’t be help. Despite this sad news Marie Osmond gave a statement you can read below.
“My family and I are devastated and in deep shock by the tragic loss of our dear Michael and ask that everyone respect our privacy during this difficult time,” Marie’s brother Donnie issued a statement asking that fans “please pray for my sister and her family.”

Marie Osmond’s teenage son committed suicide last night, according to Entertainment Tonight. Michael Blosil, one of Osmond’s eight children, reportedly jumped from his downtown Los Angeles apartment building. ET says Michael left behind a note that said he intended to commit suicide due to a life-long battle with depression. Donny Osmond released a statement that says: “Please pray for my sister and her family.”

Swizz Beatz: ”I love art. I love all kinds of paintings. I got into drawing and creating my own paintings years ago. The beautiful thing about art is, no one can ever be right or wrong. It’s all in the eye of the beholder. It’s your own interpretation of the art you are looking at which makes it great or timeless. The Da Vinci’s, the Van Golh’s, these are artistic greats and they have some of the most beautiful paintings in the world. I’m an art collector. So I can genuinely appreciate what they have created.
My business partner, Peter Max and I formed a company together called “Kitchen Art”. For those that don’t know, Peter Max is the world renowned artist that does all the paintings you see in the White House. Him and I formed this company together and you’re actually going to see some of our artwork in galleries and museums in the future. So keep an eye out for that. One of my first really big paintings I did years ago, was the one I dedicated to Clive Davis. We actually did that piece and I presented it to Clive during Grammy weekend at his annual gala.”
